Francis Stuart - Background

I had been diagnosed with depression and anxiety, stress or overloaded, call it what you will, all of my life. Deep down in my heart, I knew those conditions were not me. I was described as too serious, very intense. I was told I needed to chill out more, relax, not take things too seriously, not to take things personally. In fact, for every time I heard these increadible words of advise from all these budding Psychiatrists I could have made a small fortune.

When I went for my first medical diagnosis, I was 47 and it was confirmed, indeed I had Autism.

Undiagnosed Autism feels like a rollacoster ride from hell. The ride you desperately want to get off. The choice is yours. You either stay on the ride, knowing you diplore every moment or you jump off. I almost did several times and contemplated suicide more than once. I recount many a time being curled up in a foetal ball, trying to reason with myself that I was not going mad, I felt like the whole bloody world stood against me.

The immense weight of vindication after 47 years of being isolated, persucuted, tormented, labelled different, and cold, was increadible. I didnt know what to do with myself. I felt euphoric and was very joyous and light on my feet for weeks. 

As I come to terms with my diagnosis and try now to live a normal life as myself, unmasked, and not the person I was forced to become, I realise I have lived a life traumitised but not because of Autism, but becuase of neurotypical people who made my life hell on earth. That hellish ignorance of neurotypical people is sadly still very strong today especially in the United Kingdom.

I finally decided to do something about being the me I always wanted to be and I became a professional journalist and writer. I write about the topics that I believe needs to be written about and highlighted. Today, too much mainstream journalism is written by rabied-left orientated hippies and personal gain is above impartiality and truth.

​

Autistic people are absolute sticklers for the truth, ugly or not, and impartiality. I cannot stand by and not reject the myriad of lies told by world leaders and people in positions of authority.. If you're wondering why I have not used the word fake here it is simply because that word is a word that applies to material objects and always was until the millenials hyjacked it. I will continue to write impartial articles on all topics and I am an advocate of people with Autism and I report on the continued ignorance and understanding of such a gifted conditon.
